Our winter warmer retreat is all about giving you back some you time - relax, unwind and reset on this beautiful island!

As the days get shorter, and the nights a little chillier join our retreat to re-charge and re-energise your body and mind prior to the festive period.
Enjoy panoramic views across the ocean from the comfort of cosy luxurious accommodation, and enjoy warming nutritious food.
We will help to bring your body and mind back into balance with daily yoga, fitness and strength sessions. Leave with you ‘glo’ reignited, ready and prepared for the months ahead.

Prices start from £425 per person sharing for 3 nights accommodation plus what's listed below.
Master Suite- £475 per person sharing - Huge luxury sea view room with a king size bed and large en-suite, walk in wardrobe and the best views of the Needles and surrounding area
Luxury sea view rooms - £450 per person sharing - Large bedroom with either large double or twin beds with a bright large en suite and sea views (There are 4 rooms of a very similar style and size)
Luxury Room - £425 per person sharing - Large bedroom with a super king bed with a bright en suite.
Towels, toiletries, linen and extra treats all provided

All activities are totally optiona!. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance needs to be paid by 1st September 2019. Payment plans are available and you can spread the cost as much as you require.

STAY - Luxury Sea View Accommodation
Located just 1 mile from the pretty harbour town of Yarmouth, this incredible converted light filled barn sits on a hill with breathtaking sea views, stretching from the Needles to Hurst Castle. The property has an exceptionally large garden with access to footpaths across the surrounding land.
The barn has a huge living space incorporating the kitchen, dining room and and what will be our fitness space with glass windows wrapping around the barn you are treated to spectacular views. There is also a living room for our film nights and generally relaxing in, plus lots of other chill out zones to discover around the house.
The barn sleeps 12 guests in 6 en-suite bedrooms, with spectacular views from almost every window. There are 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. Bed linen, Towels and Toiletries are all provided along with lots of extra treats to really add to the luxury feel.
MOVE - Daily Yoga, Fitness classes and an opportunity to explore the local area
Yoga classes on the retreat will be a mix of dynamic flow to energise us and build that inner fire along with some lovely relaxation techniques and restorative yoga in the evenings so you can almost float into your beds.
Fitness classes are designed to suit all levels of fitness with the ability to tailor each movement, to each individual. A variety of exercises will be undertaken incorporating body weight and resistance training, resulting in a full body workout.
You will also have the opportunity to try classes combining strength training and yoga. A blend of strength, fitness and flexibility found in the two disciplines make them the perfect union.
There will be opportunities to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside and beaches on the Isle of Wight. Bring your walking boots and wellies!
Activities may include foraging adventures, water sports, horse riding, guided walks or runs, outdoor fitness sessions and the opportunity to bring out the adventurer in you.
NOURISH - healthy and nutritious food and cookery workshops
We believe in the importance of nourishing our bodies with healthy and whole foods – preparing our bodies for exercise and supporting recovery and repair post-exercise! Jenny and Evelyn both love to experiment in the kitchen and count brunch as their favourite meal of the day. They are both very excited to share their most popular recipes over the weekend (including smoothie bowls, banana bread, energy balls, overnight oats, avocado toast and pancakes…).
Over the weekend, guests will be treated to balanced and nutritious food, showcasing seasonal Isle of Wight produce cooked by top Isle of Wight chefs.
Good food should be shared, and therefore meal times will provide guests the opportunity to get to know one another and dine in a relaxed environment. The foodie workshop will provide guests with the opportunity to learn how to make some of Jenny and Evelyn’s alternative healthy goodies – providing delicious snacks for the chilled film night
