Its made with just 5 ingredients, and features the delicious mango - a low-calorie fruit which is high in fibre, and a great source of Vitamin A and C. Tip - Mango also cancels out the green taste of the spinach/kale!
As this recipe is made using coconut water, which contains naturally-occurring electrolytes - a great source of hydration, this smoothie the perfect little pick me up after a yoga or fitness session.
This recipe makes enough for 1.
1 cup of frozen mango
1/2 cup of frozen spinach or kale
150ml of Vita Coco coconut water
A dash of coconut milk
A cheeky splash of maple syrup
Its simple - place all ingredients in a blender and give it a blitz until smooth!
