Green Goddess Smoothie

Feeling like you need to give your body a little love after the festive period? Try our fabulous Green Goddess Smoothie - it is guaranteed to make you glo from the inside out! Its made with just 5 ingredients, and features the delicious mango - a low-calorie fruit which is high in fibre, and a great source of Vitamin A and C. Tip - Mango also cancels out the green taste of the spinach/kale!

As this recipe is made using coconut water, which contains naturally-occurring electrolytes - a great source of hydration, this smoothie the perfect little pick me up after a yoga or fitness session.


This recipe makes enough for 1.


  • 1 cup of frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup of frozen spinach or kale

  • 150ml of Vita Coco coconut water

  • A dash of coconut milk

  • A cheeky splash of maple syrup


  1. Its simple - place all ingredients in a blender and give it a blitz until smooth!
