Peanut Butter Power Balls

Last Sunday was our second ever Strengthen and Flo event, and we absolutely loved teaching it and meeting new people. These classes combine yoga and resistance training exercises to provide you with a full body workout – helping you to develop your mobility, strength, stability, and ultimately finding your balance. As we believe in the importance of refuelling our bodies, and sharing food with friends, at the end of the session participants were treated to a selection of smoothies and energy balls. Our Peanut Butter Power Balls were a big hit, and definitely gave our participants a boost after the session. Featuring our favourite vegan protein power ‘That Protein’, we are super excited to share this recipe with you.

These energy balls offer the perfect pick me up to that afternoon slump, are easy to make, and require just 6 ingredients!!! Make a batch and store them in your fridge/freezer so that you always have some tasty snacks on hand.

  • 30g peanuts

  • 120g medjool dates

  • 40g of That Protein Nutty Nutty Peanut Butter Super Protein

  • 30g of Oats

  • 30g of Peanut butter (we used Meridian smooth peanut butter)

  • For decoration: dairy free chocolate and peanut halves

  1. Blitz the dried banana and peanuts in the blender until they form a smooth powder.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until a dough forms.

  3. Roll the mixture into 10-12 evenly sized balls.

  4. Melt the chocolate and dip the top of each ball, carefully placing a peanut on the top.
